Unrequited Love

This song was composed in the 1960s in the Southern Vietnam. My father told me this was one of the very famous song at that time. The composer lived in Saigon before 1975. He composed a lot of famous songs including Yêu Một Mình (Unrequited Love), Tôi Đưa Em Sang Sông (I Took You Across the River), Qua Cơn Mê (Out of the Dream), etc. Those are considered folk songs. It seems back to 1970 and before that, most songs were in very slow and sad melodies. However, in these days, Vietnamese people still love this kind of folk music.
